where the wild flowers grow

Trust..

Feathered perception caught in a glaze of sunlight,
eight legs of spider crawling up my spine.
I'm waiting for the deadly bite, the sign, the end.

The numbing tingle of acceptance, of realization.
I will not fight you, I'll let you take me,
to a place where the snow never ceases to fall.
No two flakes are ever alike, but in melding,
like our lips of frost..

You haven't lied thus far, my love, and
you never will.. Or so I hope, a tiny twitch of
the eye will signify a wink of cloudy windstruck
lines that will not connect.

So I let you sleep.. I let you rest unafraid..
We are not alone in a bed that we lie, but

trust

is something I can handle very well.
It's the eyes that don't ever shut when we kiss
in tainted blood.. I want you to see..
my love for you in verbal massacre..

So

Keep them open..

And I'll keep mine shut.

(sigh) Somehow the eyes of the heart must always be open in every kiss, as for both to be blind in that instant can be quite a queasy feeling! (big hugggsssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is lovely, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Meghan, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
