where the wild flowers grow

A
silent rough
skinned,
foul
little dragon.

Heave
your fire
at
me,
And I will
fuel it.

Far beyond
me,
your scream is
sympathetic
to the plea,
Hearts
weave
tapestry depicting
the
breaking.

Like biting
down
on steel.
