out there in the woods
of modern highways
they say
there is a miracle
waiting to happen
as indelible ink meets
smoothed surfaces
of white sheets
and a writer begins his scrawl
trying to unravel
shapes out of emotions

some shapes
show lunar faces
others are more amoebic
almost as if someone woke up
and left sheets of linen
behind

used
utilized

one way or another it is
a calamity waiting to happen
on one side of the width
on the other side
it remains a miracle

signs speak of existence
of both me and you
while we spend our energies
interpreting
the meanings
just like writers
and the ones who read
their words

we are both
waiting to happen

as the wild sea lashes at the rocks
that bedeck the shorelines
smoothing them into sand

while a sculptor moulds
the remains
creating meanings
of his own
kismet

Wow.  There really are no words.  Well, I'm sure you would have some.  You certainly have a way with them!
