Take me to the Paradise
That lies within your heart
Lay me 'neath the azure sky above
Let me feel the silver spray
Touch rainbows in the mist
And bathe within the fountain of your love...

Colors form upon the words
Escaping whispered lips
Your touch becomes the garden of my soul
I dive into the waters deep
Our pool of sweet delights
Awash within the love that makes me whole...

No pleasure greater could there be
No gift more treasured then
To share the moments spent upon that shore
So, take me to your Paradise
Together we will bathe
Within the pools
Beneath the fountain rainbows
Evermore...

Astoundingly gentle, heartwarming and devotional...very much enjoyed.

I am astounded by your semblance to a friend of mine.  Amazingly identicle.  Her name was Beth and she lived in the Poconos...back then we worked together and became friends.  She married a doctor and they have moved away now...but whata lady she was.  We had a great time at work together.  so, you have a sister, smiles and hugs.

Hi LeeJ, and am so glad that you enjoyed this write!!!!  Thank you.  And I've always believed that people had doubles, and have seen that to be true for myself.  Do you keep in touch with your friend?  I wish for my 'sister' all the happiness, and thank you for telling me about her...~S~

Beautiful poem!  And the picture is as well.
Thank you for a wonderful read.  And thank you for the critique on "My Castle Walls".  You were right on.

Hi allamericanjoe! And thank you for the nice reply...it's always good to see friends show up in your spot!!  I'm glad you didn't mind the critique, as we're all friends here, and I always enjoy getting another perspective on writing, too. So, anyway...it's good to have you at Passions, and thanks again...~S~
