So is this our final song?
And soon the final bars will have been played.
Already i wear the black cothes of death, for death is what i feel,in this body once full of love and happiness and sweet feelings.

Christmas will be unbearable,
But i will have to try to get through the season of happiness, as i have always done, empty and alone.
My eyes will hurt, they will weep and sting.

Sing with your sweet voice for all to hear, freshen people's heart with your gift of love.
Laugh and feel happy, but know that i will think of you often.

My dreams will have your presence in them for months to come.
You will be more real in them than you are now, i will not have any hours of loneliness while i dream of you.
With you gone, inside myself i will retreat, my whole demeanour will soften.

Keep warm, against the worst of winter.
Sit by your fire, drinking hot chocolate and think of me, i will be doing the same for you.

Across the miles, i wish you all the best that life can offer you, know that i will often be thinking of you and the things you do.

That was the sweetest--and saddest--song that I have ever heard.

I hope that this does not mean what I think it means...

The song is still playing softly in my heart, to the tune of yours!

I am glad we have worked this out!

I just read ARH's reply! I'm smiling again!--but I bet my smile isn't as big as yours must be!

And it looks like this beautiful song will have another verse, or maybe thousands more, without ending!!  So happy for what you have found together, and I know that Fate is smiling on your hearts!  ~S~

Accept these small gifts from my gypsy heart  ~S~
