stories
looking tall again
built upon
another's floor
sheath of steel
and hard concrete
a tower
on the mountain scores
an "A" in visability...

stories
voices small again
brace the strain
another floor
atlas is too weak in knees
and Neptune waters
at the eyes...

stories
they connect the dot
in the myth of history
and future that we all forgot...

tempered beam and cinderblock
and tinted glass to block the sun
watching us pour river's run
breeding plants in love of dark.

I love this
and I love the way
the notes of stone
hollow the home
into my bones
in lingering--
sometimes
emptiness

can sing

Sometimes it's okay.

its is when you write it baby.
love the way you linger.
