Making Love in the Tall Rain Grass

Down in the tall grass
Under the inquisitive sky
Night delivers
A song in a jewel
It isn’t glass no
But real
Be careful of it
Crushed by mighty light
Tenuous touching on the edges of a dream
I hold it still in lover's lullaby
For it won’t last until tonight

Oh, what a gorgeous and gentle love song.....I could just read it again and again...I already have, in fact, and I'm about to go back for more.

This is one I keep for a long, long time.

You certainly knew how to find a very
catching title for this piece of art.

Very tender,  very tender...
