Falling From The Fall

green formed
veins stemming
from branches
drinking full
a spring’s sugary
tears of life
clinging closely to
the hand that
created it
innocence uncurled
in the virtue
of pure ignorance
summer found
foliage tightly huddled
in tender caress
behind each other
safely hidden
from the heat
whispers echoing from
the roof of bark
to become a
silent lapse of time
and then it
came to be
temperatures changing
divided into season
lowering to degree
a distracted illusion
a fallen disappointment
moving from upright
to downward spiral
red and golden emotions
exploded guiltlessly in
sapless gasp floating
softly in memory
for one last
good bye kiss
where leaves find
themselves on
the roots of winter
and death
is not beautiful

"wish your room had room for two" John Mayer

...but real.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Helen, as a boy I also had this insight of autumn and winter, when the flowers die and animals hibernate and wind makes a haunting howl, it truly does feel like death and that is why I like spring MUCH more than autumn! (sigh) I send angel hugs your way, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Helen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

That was simply amazing Helen.

Although I disagree, there is beauty
in death. For without it life would
lose all meaning.

Thank you. It was good to take this walk with you, through the essence of it.

You've such insight that others see only through your words.
