Count the leaves,
they fall free
like raindrops,
roaming for now
like vagabonds,
they too
shall join all
that passed before,

line the openfields,
blackbirds pick and choose
like beggars,
they are handed
their meager fate,

spin around,
the sky's a conveyer belt
a merry go round,

i can see god
whirling round
on his cloud,

this life is
just hit or miss,

insane in its
clarity,

freedom in its
recklessness,

dreaming hearts
wished on paper stars

I was just thinking I hadn't seen a post from the inked one lately and then there you were!

And worth the wait...

(I stopped at two tat's, and now one needs covered....never, ever get a name..)

(smiles) Oh Michele, I enjoy this so very much, sweet friend, we all have these moody blue days but we do have bellowing yellow days too and those days the stars never look like paper! (big hugggssssss) This is a great, emotive write, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Michele, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

I ate this like a stack of oreos.  whole, split and eating the middle, top a little, bottom a little, another whole one.  we shall arise with the springing forth.  good write

ahhh as it is 40 degrees here, I think NY is skipping Fall altogether and going straight to winter . . .

insane in its
clarity,

freedom in its
recklessness,

so so true, God . . .
well said indeed
miss you Michele
