Cameras grind

from darkness it comes.

It stiff- legs its way,

arm outstretched,

beady eyes blearing,

ambling along arthritically,

gauze wrapped,

like an Allstate ad,

like The National Safety Council,

like,

like Boris Karloff after a fall.

ROFL... This reminded me of long ago nights at my inlaws... I'd be tucked onto the sofa in the living room, watching some late show... only to have their grandfather clock... which was a tad fast... merrily BONG 24 times at that final critical moment of the film.

I thorougly enjoyed this, dingusjr!

Sounds like one of those NICE family movies at midnight, then you have to sleep with the lights on.
Good one.
Bon-Bon
