Tip to toe
she glances
a dance
as the day
he released her
from palm sorely lined
to sky

as a bird in flight, an angel

Residing within
sanctuary
She came to him
in nakedness and naiveté
giving to him

All that she was

And he
opening sill of window
pain
Oh, silent night
she sang
sweet lullaby
from his fingers
she bled
his blood

and as one
they slept . . .

Sue- Why am I not suprised at the song choice???  lol
This is one of your better efforts. I'm sure Brother James would be proud.

(smiles) Oh Sue, this is gorgeous, sweet friend, Jimi Hendrix is one of my biggest inspirations, "Purple Haze" and "Castles Made Of Sand" especially get to me and are among my favorites of all time! (kiss on cheek) No one can ever outplay Jimi Hendrix, it's a shame he passed away too young but one thing is for sure, his legacy is forever secure! God Bless You, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
