+*+*+*+*+ With heart and eyes wide open, and trusting in your love, I bear my soul before you, love's path it knows thereof. While we were parted, night claimed the light of day. My spirit seldom soared, for my love had gone away. I ask the Lord and angels, to lead me in this hour, down the road, where I shall bloom, in to a fragrant flower. On bended knee, you return, proclaiming love for me. That you now know, within your soul, together we should be. The sorrow in my doubting heart, your love has washed away.
