~*~

If the scattering of colored leaves could speak
Falling all about me, through the sunblind seek
About the air on wings from up above the atmosphere
Sprinkled from your hands, falling down around me here

Lifting up my chin with such a slight of hand
Just above my shoulder, often there to softly land
Whispering in long consideration echoing the fall migration
Soft about my smile, refreshing calm amid the arbitration

Lifting up my heart again to capable as never been
Falling into you, the spin of win within, around me then
Warm that draws me in my sleep to contours free and fair
Guiding every curve about me soft against you laying there

Lifting me to heights of dreams that have awaited stars
Shouldering the certainty lipped luscious, Venus to her Mars
Bringing me to chaos that your voice so gently folds
Scattering my colors in reverse of gravity, finding love that holds

Oh this was lovely!  I adore Fall and how it inspires the poets best works.
