Hello all. This is my first post here. I'm usually pretty shy about letting people see my writing; espcially if they are accomplished writers themselves. Anyways, here's a poem I wrote a few years ago. Also, it's been untitled for a while (a big cliche, and I hate cliches *LOL*) I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a title. Untitled Lay your weary head upon the porcelain tendrils And whisper a prose in the dreamless divine Celestial bodies cast theatrical shadows In a cliche, if only a whisper could wither in a fragile mind A human eslipcse falls in a ruined dream And share a sweet nothingness with me Wishing for an emotional addiction Once upon a beauty, in your wildest dream |

You're getting responses on a title...I'll let the others have the pleasure of naming this delightful write. Well to the "Dissolve the Shy Club". LOL...Or at least, that's how I pictured it when I first got here. But I was warmly welcomed, greeted, and given much sage, welcome advice.   (smiles) Awwwwwwwww I love this gorgeous debut of yours, sweet friend, I understand how you dislike cliches and I do too but truly this is a beautiful poem and I believe the best poetry is always the honest poetry, and the only bad poetry is what is dishonest!
