Where’s the point to prick upon disaster
if worlds like mine are rounding ever faster?
As sun is me and you my earth in hand
quote countless lines we only understand.
Pray this foremost: ‘never blink an ocean’,
souls, you’ll rend, are molecules in motion.
As I, the sun that ripples in the pond,
finger-smoothe you’re hardness 'til it's gone.

Pounce lithe cat, you’re purple eyes are keen.
It’s even said that everything you’ve seen
has fevered pitch to guide your primal hunt.
But this that lasts forever you should want?
Upon my heart, your grazes do not dull
as are the eyes that see not from the skull.
In forth where men must lead no more attack
you swat those feeble giants to the back.

Life that leaves so gently in the night
still to shine so truthful out of sight.
Oh tree that grows above and in the ground
to rot and tangle time, it makes no sound.
A moth steps softly 'long the boney bark
fears not the maiden nor the meadowlark.
Only edging toward this notion of a sun
of warmth which life has told and yet begun.

I LIKE it! Your rhythym structure is awesome, and the topic is "surreal". Great job!

"Pounce lithe cat, you’re purple eyes are keen."

Great line!
