Seeping Memories

Into my thoughts memories slowly seep
filled with love and joy; emotions to keep.
Held in fondness through out passing of time
*~a journal of life, kept within a rhyme.*~

A wisp of feelings, blown upon the breeze.
At one with the earth, her skies and blue seas.
Capturing moments from here and from there:
*~a life time on paper for us to share.*~

I've travelled this road, while you travelled that
leading us to the paths we are now at.
Parts of the journey were hard, some were not
*~Completing circles of a life we sought*~

*~Now I remember those days of the past....
Leaving my soul filled with peace...that will last*~

What a gently wonderful come-back poem...
it's so good to see you again here in your poetry home...we have missed you so much!  This poem speaks to your recent upheaval after the car accident, and gives us a gentle reminder [sort of like disclosing Donna...] that we must hold on to what is most important to us...

This is so very, very nice...

library time.

so very lovely, Donna. I hope that your fared/faired(not sure which well during the storm and the following rains.

We lost electricity for a day and half, and luckily this week I wasn't flooded.

Many leaves and branches to pick up, though and outside objects to reset.
Hope you are feeling well.

My love to you and April

Donna, it's so good to see you back. This poem has such a peaceful feel to it. Aren't memories wonderful? And what's so good about it, is that as long as we live, we have the ability to make more memories.
Hugs to you, sweet lady

Hello! This is one of Staci's friends, Jess. You've met me before and I'm not sure if you remember me or not. Staci gave me the link to your poem through instant message and I figured I would reply!

This poem was amazing poem! Every word just flowed together perfectly. Great work and I'm looking forward to reading more of your poetry! ~Jess
