I turn 18 in December,
I don't know why it's so important,
Nothing changes, nothings new,
Why is it so important?

Everyone gets excited for the big 18,
Only thing different..
you can buy tobacco;
Who needs that anyways,
Why does it matter your age,
I can buy ciggerettes whenever I want;

I'm kinda scared of turning 18,
Scared of getting kicked out,
scared of getting in fights,
scared of going out of town,
and scared of leaving my family.

I know my family loves me,
But how do I know they won't kick me out;
That's probably the thing i'm scared most for.

I always told myself,
I will get kicked out when I'm 18,
I hope it doesn't come true,
I have no money,
no insurance,
and no place to live.

When my 18th birthday arises,
I will laugh in joy,
I will go to clubs,
Hoping not to get kicked out.

I didn't know how to end this poem. I know it's not my best, i couldn't think of words that work for this poem. My 18th Birthday is, December 27.

(big hugggssssssss) Oh Toby, I understand the anxiety and misconception so much, sweet friend, for any parent to push their child out the door and leave one out on their own at that age is ridiculous, and it will always be just a number! 18 to me means nothing, and whenever I hear someone say "You're 18 now!" it truly is ridiculous and it doesn't change a thing about you! (sigh) Just be yourself and keep following your heart as always and forget about the age thing, as you will always be special, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Toby, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Don't worry, Toby, you aren't going to get kicked out. If they were going to kick *you* out they would have kicked your brother out. You're safe. And anyway, you know that I'd do anything to help you out

I actually think the ending for this one is pretty good :-D
