where the wild flowers grow

Together, we have matched a universe.
Coiled downward in haste,
do I serve your lips well enough, for now..

As soon as wind beckons my heaven, I
will chase what isn't there.
Having lost it all .. a vibration of time,
I won't find you here..
For miles apart we touch not eachother.

To ease my pain, I will weep,
my heart no longer sacred.. You
will leave me
behind.

Love is contradictory in such a world,
I will not perish with you..
And in heartbreak I sing to the sky we once shared.

My lips have curved, oh, so gently to tend
to your kiss.. I have watered the futility
of this aging sacrifice..

And only to play, a sad string of violin..
blowing a kiss as you fly away.

Together, we have fallen apart.

Love is always about "falling apart" and "walking away"

It occurs this way in a starnge assonance, "a vague riddle" that can not find answers.

You have touched the hearts

Meg, you are a lady of wisdom and a full heart of caring thoughts...you will prevail...and conquer this pain and heartache and from it attain to a higher plain of thought...and you will see how all will enhance and this love will never be lost.  Many hugs

honest humility is a rare thing, seems, these days...you wear them well!

I can't help but feel
that you can make it on your own.

If an 'ache' can be beautiful...this is it!!

(big hugggsssssss) Love can indeed be contradictory, just as so many other things in life can be! (sad sigh) Take that to heart and know love will come peeking around the corner when you least expect it, sweet friend, I send angel hugs your way, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Meghan, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

"Together, we have fallen apart."

so many meanings for a few simple words. your poem so closely reflects real life that i dont know where my lost friends and loves end and your story begins. great feel.

and even when everything was wrong, and we were mad at the world, it was still beautiful.
