Inside you in the shining,
in the core that never sleeps,
there is truth
and acceptance
for all that you can choose,
all that you have done;
it is the part of you which knows,
it is time as a constant
not as a linear progression,
it fuels the want of you
the yearning
to connect with the equals of itself
inside the souls of others;
it has no age,
no gender
no ethnicity,
it flows from life to life
and provides the continuity
that becomes you
every time.

Iceman, this is so warm and tender....as if you
really did look right down into the soul, and wrote
about it. You have an amazing talent, Sir.

Ethel

Yes!  That is what I am eternally grateful for.

You nailed this!

(big hugggssssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is most precious and you couldn't be any more right! The spirit never ages, and has no limitations, and hat is why it is essential to look deep into our hearts because we are young forever and we must set our spirits free to really live! (sigh) This is beautiful, sweet friend, I'm adding this to my library, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Very very nice. I couldn't find a meter or rhyme pattern, but the words were still musical. It's a rare gift to be able to do that.

It seems I read this in Susies' thread. Glad she asked for it to stand alone as well.

Brotherbox, we see in similar colors...

Ah yes...I remember seeing this in Sue's thread too.
Glad I found it here on it's own.

Martie ~ I am glad you are my friend.  Thank you for stopping by to read.

littlewing ~ At your wish, Ma'am, and by your leave.  I am honored that you asked.

garysgirl ~ *smile* Looking into the soul is more easily done than being at the center looking out at all the world and feeling how much pain we create every day.  Thank you for stopping by and for telling me.

Susan Caldwell ~ *smile* You and I share a quality; we don't let many see the real light.  Thank you for reading and for taking time to comment.

Aenimal ~ *laugh* OK, after I win a lottery I'll publish us both.

Honeybunch ~ Helen, my friend, if I learned that anywhere I learned it from you.  Thanks for stopping by.

Mistletoe Angel ~ *smile* Your enthusiasm always overwhelms me.  Thank you for reading and for taking time to comment.

Magnus ~ Thank you Sir, it was a hard lesson.

QjQ ~ Thank you Sir, always good to hear from you.

littlewing ~ you know the drill: become the breath that fills you.

Eromyna ~ Thank you for taking time to look at this in detail.  I wrote it without thinking.  There is meter but it exists in its own changes; there is rhyme but it is beyond normal conversational link.  If I had written it intentionally, or re-written it to post here these things could have been strengthened.  Sue's request was simple, so I honored it that way.  Thank you again for giving this thought and for telling me.

wranx ~ Yeah, things are tough when I have to plagiarize myself. *laugh* Thanks for reading and for telling me.

Earth Angel ~ It is true, some things are eternal.  Glad I could help your day.  Thanks for telling me.

LeeJ ~ Yes, she is a nice person.  Thank you for reading this and for telling me.

angelblueyes ~ The soul in general is so bright that we become blind to it.  Close your eyes and say hello.

vlraynes ~ I am glad you stopped by to read.  Thank you for saying hello!
