there's a road that we all must find

it's easy to follow by day

but night leaves the traveller behind

so to assist us in our darkened scene

we hide under lamps and stare at the night

like children would a TV screen.

It's safe here but not over there

and there's a fine line separating the rest

but the thought of leaving is hard to bear,

almost sickening the potion inside my chest.

the light is bright and welcome and warm

and it's a pleasing and asthetic view.

but standing under puts shadows on your eyes

making it impossible to see into you.

So we must make our move, into dark

and follow the path of stone

but even walking together in dark

...you might as well be alone.

But sometimes, walking back to us

we see a stranger or friend...

...but if we stare long enough

the vision soon will end.

But do not follow them, listen here.

That's not where you should be

actually you should find your own path

you shouldn't even be talking to me.

(big hugggsssssss) This is a wonderful debut, sweet friend, yes, along the path there will be darkness, but we also must carry light with us into the realm so we know exactly why we're taking the path and knowing the Holy Spirit is guiding us! Welcome to Passions, sweet Colifer, may you be inspired by all of us here as we will all be inspired by your touching words! I can't wait to read more of your heartfelt poetry, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Colifer, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
