Dangling in the grieving dark,
to seek a shred
of confirmation,

the used up moon just turns from view,
and wants no tears from me tonight,

departs in flight,
with orphaned stars,
she wisks away
from shelter of their shared reflection,

as now, she wears the otherside,
while I stumble on a sea of scraps,
of broken shells, deformed,
I walk,
thruough bloodied toes,
to salvage gold,

but cast upon the ocean's tides,
from deep within its endless well,
windswept,
all just comes and goes,

in laying you to silence now,
to put to rest your too long hold,
though in moments weakness I know,
these dreams ressurect if only to console,

to not have nurtured them in vain,
I cling relentless whether real
or merely illusion
woven from the love fool's gold,

knowing one day surely, dear,
you will once again walk free with me,
the other side
of this loveborne madness,
both You and I invented.

Live like it's your last day...

Michele,

'knowing one day surely, dear,
you will once again walk free with me,
the other side
of this loveborne madness,
both you and i invented.'

'invent' - to come upon, meet with, discover,' surely to walk free...

Michele~I really loved this entire piece, but those words above are my favorite...

I am humbled.
