softly she awakens

stretching fully
in peaceful purr
to greet the new day

day's end finds her
curled
in fetal position

dazed by reality

not everyone
had breakfast
today

smiles, hiya and good morning....what a lovely poem...I can view her through your words....which I might add are a feast in themselves.

Have a lovely day...smiles and hugs

Even after some Wheaties,
I find myself rather being a cat!

        Somedays,
        these days,
        out-weighs
        yesterdays.

Echoes of Good Morning to you!

I enjoyed...good reminder to be grateful for my many blessings.doesn't take alot of looking around to realize lifes not as kind to alot of people.funny thing i ran out of heating oil in my new tank after work this evening, really no big deal.made a phone call and the truck will be here to fill it again in the morning.it's a shame how many people don't have that option with winter coming on... good write, hope you rest easier knowing you've brought hope and joy to many with your writing and actions and you deserve to have a few purrfect days.
Dang...had to come back to put the a in realize.
Live like it's your last day...
Dance like nobody's watching...
Love like you've never been hurt...
