Up on Makakilo Cliffs

In the daylight
I watch the ocean
kissing the Hawaiian shore.

In the distance
Diamond Head presents
its famous profile that
I have grown to adore.

On warm silky nights the lights
of Honolulu and Waikiki
come on to soothe
me once more.

I knew I shouldn't have read this . . .
making we wish, again, that I hadn't left.
Much to soothe, from the warm mists to the trades, to the . . . oh, I shouldn't be doing this to myself . . .

(smiles) Oh my gosh, I was there before, sweet friend, before Passions was born and you became a dear friend of mine here, I went on vacation with my family to Oahu six years ago and Makakilo Cliffs and Chinaman's Hat are the two places that stick out in my memory most of all on that beautiful island! (big hugggssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is one of your best ever, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet James, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
