where the wild flowers grow

As they painted
the flowers red,
weep sad violin,
bow your head.

We speak in treason,
for centuries of work.
Composition of galaxies,
they created the stars.
The dripping fingernail,
holding the horsehair.

As they held up
their aces high,
moan softly
tiny cello.
Show these notes
how beautifully you cry.

It seems so dark, yet...

Dancing upon a spider's web.
We must breathe deeply,
at how you never quiet.

Oh violin,
why must you weep?
Why does your sorrow seep
down and up my spine?
Your painful echos feel
just as mine..

Crawling soft vine,
dew of tearful intertwine..
A fate as this,
ice below my vein.

Torn, violin,
writing petal upon rose.
Causing gardens to cease their flooding life.

Painting the roses white..

A wonderful choice in music, I must say...  and as for your soul-exuding lament...  I think even Chopin would be moved.

What euphony! Into my library, indeed.
