where the wild flowers grow

Rough fingers intertwine.
Imagine quarters placed
on live eyes.

I kiss your lashes,
a jade, green burning
touching hands as we
share cigarettes.

Just a minute's glance,
a spark of feeling.
Having not been touched,
still sacred and beautiful.
Agreed upon what's lost all meaning..
nonexistance is a point of embrace,

nothing
has ever
held such power,
but a ghostly hand
strumming my guitar.

Velvet crushed red
carpeted streets, our only
weakness..
is sleep.

Your sense of stringing emotion and imagry is powerful, and enchanting, enjoyed your poem very much.  Put some things in my mind in perspective.  Thanks for posting.
