Lately, I've been thinking,
and I think we all agree--
we had a meeting just tonight
regarding egocentricy
and the measure of the truth
divided by the need of proof
multiplied unto the nth
according to my need of sum...

Lately I've been thinking
that perhaps I think too much.

That was just before the "snap"--
I should have heeded crackling.
I should have listened to the voice
of silence echoing the "pop."

I should have done a lot of things,
and others best would left undone...

Lately? I've been thinking.

You think I think too much?

Well of course you do K, it's genetic.
Ya know, I'm moving near the town where the man who invented those little snap, crackle, pop guys is from.  How's that for some useless morning trivia??

I wonder if I, myself, would be thinking too much if I thought about how much you are thinking! lol

Cute write! I like how you spill your thoughts out!

Here, Here! Lovely poem Serenity Blaze. Love the line...lately I've been thinking that perhjaps I think to much. I know that feeling. Sometimes I only get 3 hours sleep at night because my mind goes into overdrive and won't shut down. This really touched me. Thanks!

lmao...just make sure the next POP sound we hear isn't your brain exploding from excessive thought!

LOVE the title!

Lady I'm sure you do, as do the rest of us.But that's what gives you the great words to write and to let you shine for who you are.

Thanks for reading.

I'm cracking up here, recalling the early eighties.

I used to be addicted cocaine then--and?

chuckle--if ya'll think I'm annoying NOW?
Y'shoulda known me then!

Those Rice Krispies NEVER shut up!

Thanks for reading.

And now? A moment of silence for Cocaine Karen.
