We meet in the stillness of
failed expectations.

We are not who we seem.

In this quiet place beneath the
want of our self assurance -

We are more.

There are layers to our
presence.

Life has stripped us to the
barest of our expressions.

Only now do we see our
beauty unadorned.

And this...is who
we really are.

Yes, Eric, it's what's down underneath the
putside that says who we really are....
not that is where everyone can see.
A very good poem.

You know how to free the true gem, beyond layers of disguise.

In the stillness it shines.

Our fears at times impede to see each other as we really are, we fear we are less in the eyes of the other, when in truth we reveal what really matters.
Wonderful insight and beautiful words.

Loving you, Margherita

(sigh) We are more than we think we are, and i wouldn't be considered pride to accept that then simply be and love with the notion! (big hugggsssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, you are indeed very special, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Eric, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
