It Draws The Lady's Elemental

in the shadows

ring of salt
ring of sand
Chalice
Blade
for each hand
leaf of Oak
mushroom cup
stand the burning candle up
anoint the Rose
inscribe the Gates
define the prize
your heart awaits
behold
the woman's gift of love
offering divinity
the private gift
through which we seek
the sharing of infinity
cast the Circle
round and round
Blade and Chalice
on the ground
sip the water's pure intent
release your thought
as it is sent
to search the Earth
both to and fro
in hopes when it returns
you'll know enough
to recognize
the name and nature
of your prize
close the Gates
drain the Cup
grasp the Blade
while standing up
describe the Circle
thrice in time
the Seeker's living
in the rhyme
