Sensitive Screen

tenderly at the age of three
I began my lifetime venture
of window watching at the place
of interlocking threaded patterns
learning inside and out this
covered wire netted surface curtain
and how strong these tiny lines are
this organized web of fabricated metal
but my mind does not let me understand
totally this cover of protection
so I still reach out to unlock separation
delicate young fingers saw the beauty
of flight so I followed the buzzing
with the tip of my heart
it stung me then
it stings me now

I read Ron's challenge and
feel you have met it well.

Everything written on these Blue pages show depths of Life,
    stages, if you will.
With your special touch you have shared the stage and
  expanded beyond it.

I, for one, can feel your words.

The fascination
of the child
tempered in sting
gives way to
the curiosity
of the woman
lured to
the screened image

"with the tip of my heart"

Leave it to you to find the perfect way to say it. Casual things like this define the word "creative"....
