Slinking
Thinking
Winking
Inking
Foggy matter slinking, thinking time
Whilst here I sit winking, inking rhyme

Penning perfect verse as day is breaking
Whilst my inner poet's slowly waking
Masterpiece of poetry in making
Penning perfect verse as day is breaking
Though all else in life I am forsaking
With the precious time that this is taking
Penning perfect verse as day is breaking
Whilst my inner poet's slowly waking

Writing verse is all in perfect timing.
As the fog lifts o’er the poet’s musing,
Idle quills arise to pen fine rhyming.
Writing verse is all in perfect timing,
Otherwise it’s not writely combining.
Minds befuddled jot verse quite amusing.
Writing verse is all in perfect timing,
As the fog lifts o’er the poet’s musing

Quilling
Spilling
Shilling
Willing
Poets pairing quilling, spilling ink
Penning for a shilling's willing wink

Vicky made Me do it...

Triolet/Tyburn
==================
HUH??????????
there you go trying to confuse the moth.
well I dont know of the form or rules..but I know Im digging the alliterations and of course the rhymes divine and the cadence...Nan its always a rare treat for us to get to read you so thanks to Vicky-girl for being poetically persistant.

When was the last time you felt this high,
you are the best I've ever felt.
Its so wrong not to be with you
Its getting harder to stay away.

Thanks, everyone, for all the kind comments.
