the sloping lawn
softer now as
with a tiny sigh
you
release

your hair
flowing like
shadow
through the
grass

lying here
you take me in
absorb me like
a sunbather

your eyes closed
as if I were
almost too
bright

and as your
skin warms
to me

I feel like the sky
