Around the curtain corners peaks sunlight
I wish I could have slept soundly last night

But thoughts and sounds woke me too frequently
I wish I could have slept soundly last night

There is much to do and things I must see
I wish I could have slept soundly last night

I hope for waking drinks from my coffee
I wish I could have slept soundly last night

There were few snips of dreaming I did find
I wish I could have slept soundly last night

And then familiar nightmares racked my mind
I wish I could have slept soundly last night

But now I leave feeling half dead this tomb
I wish I could have slept soundly last night

So I depart here dragging from the gloom
I wish I could have slept soundly last night

Gloom

No, no, no...not wine...there is something so much better to help with sleep..

But you need the help of a freind for that...

(Massage, people, massage!!!)

Hope you get some sleep tonight!

Susan
