where the wild flowers grow

0 posted 2003-09-04 02:14 AM

Misty clouds fall
in front of my eye...
they whisper me
heaven's secrets..

Empty shuttle
carresses adventure,
a said
tour
of the universe.

Some music
I just won't
throw away..

Some tones
recycle my tears

space echo

I bind
cotton candy
nebula..

I saw the morning
before you did..

You've never
touched heaven..along
my side..

stitching
time..
I can try
again..

the intergalactic
birds
chirp and feed
on the stars..

as if
space
  echos
were only

grass...

Ah.........I LOVE this one!!!  Of course, I am a space addict, whether it be astronomy, or Star Trek......and this poem fits like a glove for me!!!!  Great ideas here, wonderful images, and a nice way to start my journey through the time and space of the day!!!  ~S~
