A world that needs revival
A world that needs relief
A world crying here at my fingertips
Howling for some peace

A world that has witnessed much pain
A world that lies dormant in fear
A world that yells out every day
Praying someone will hear

A planet living through destruction
A planet surviving death
A planet screeching for renewal
Gasping for a deep and final breath

A planet searching for a savior
A planet worshiping a man
A planet hoping for resurrection
Praying someone will understand

A people wondering what is coming
A people fearing what is next
A people asking many questions
Waiting for someone to read between the texts

A people obliterating all the beauty
A people humming a mysterious song
A people breaking all the rules
Hoping to repair a horrible wrong.

Always look forward, never look back, dreams are much more refreshing than regrets.

Seems we always do try to read between the lines.
