state of confusion

Her outpouring
is trapped within
a body constricted,

inside,
she is a cloudburst -
perpetual rain
in clockwise churn

where old dreams tumble
into dull, oval stones
and angler fish witness
her unraveling

unceremoniously
swept, her dance
with kelp and sand
