Down the winding dusty lane
lived lit'l mud muffin oh she had

ringlets of raven hair like a mane
withgreen sassy eyes to add

often after drenching storms of rain
her tiny happy hands rushed like mad

to mold the little mud pies again
then to place in sun and be glad

to share with all and explain
please take one or i be sad

Smiling...I used snails as "walnuts".  Hugging you for this one, Glenn.

Sounds like my son when he was little. Now it is my little puppy dog. She looks like a mud pie after the rain.
Cute poem Q.

I'll take two for a Canadian Tooney!

Delightful read! Brought back memories of my own! I'd draw pictures on them with a stick, then dry the mud patties in the sun and then paint them!

Huggums, snuggums!

What a gem!

"Please take one or I be sad" ~~ I can almost hear her precious voice and feel her labor of love! Mud pies! BEST ever kind!

Love your imagination and expressions!

Always remember to keep them fluffed
but, never, EVER ruffle them!
