Ladelie Orlando played piano
in the shadows
kissed the keys
with frozen fingertips
embued with bluish elegance

She remenisced
let time eclipse
and welcomed it
with blackened lips

"I don't need to scream for you to deem me aggravation."

love the inner rhymes and assonance of this...most of all the imagery and haunting essence of the write..all of which was created with tight succinct verse.
very cool poem poetess Shay.

When was the last time you felt high
Oh you were the best I've ever felt
Its so wrong not to be with you
Its getting harder to stay away.

I was going to quote my favourite part.... but then I realised that the whole thing is amazing, it all hit me, it's all beautiful. (I play piano.... I love the imagery, and I get background music with it in my head.... )
