Never knew this feeling
this second by second existed

labyrinth

string me out

Trying to rescue in pitch

black

feeling, aching, rubbing along the coarse
for some light

relief

when I sleep
fitful

facing forward, only going back

does this mean

giving the whole of soul
is emptiness ever after

you kicked my sandcastle, my heart,
everything I never owned

my sky, my peaceful night

grotesque are the remains

of all you left me with.

Instant karma's gonna get you.

Like usual, your use of words is amazing, Gemma.

If you were to walk a labyrinth, be it in either your waking or sleeping hours, you may find the answers to questions that need be asked...

Your poetry rocks, kiddo!

Unfortunately love's questions rarely have such poetic answers.  But one can dream, huh??

Thankyou for these lovely replies friends. I'm just sorry I'm venting, the same stuff over and over, its boring, its making me feel awful, but with a bit of luck (?) ha, it'll help me feel better. in the end.

when is that, by the way?

gem:

giving the whole of soul
is emptiness ever after

yes, it feels like that, doesn't it?
Until the day you look back and realize
the reason it had to happen at all
Whenever that is . . . lol
