watch the shadow in the wood
hear a twig in warning snap
the eyes are following the breeze
smell the rain?
the lack of wing
underscores the time...

gust--a dervish dancing dust
voices know this lark of leaves
druids chanting
doors unlocked
dread is just the certainty
of the silent whispering
longing for the sanity
now undertow beneath this squall.

too late, too late--
the sky is low
too late, too late--
the birds have flown
harness lightning
chariot
as the heavens drip with blood
captured
now within the cup--
awaiting blessing of the word.

Lift a stone and I am there; spilt a piece of wood and you will find me.

Thank you all.

I have to thank the two Rons for inspiration here--so now I do.

Cap? awesome YOU...

and Ron, I hope to greet storms with a free-er heart in the future.

Thanks all...I blush.

(blame the blush on Brian....)

Things just haven't been the same since that house fell on my sister...

==================================

this is beautiful KA ... haunting and incanting...just like you
( no squall can do a candle dance)

You're going to hear my voice in the morning calling your name ...
and know my love and my desperation were one and the same.
