Saluting with misty eyes

I sit alone
Thinking
Waiting
Looking for you
Expecting the worst
Hoping for the best
Knowing that you will
Never arrive

We are all equal but we’re individually different
and able to reach the impossible if we try.

...you're caught in limbo between the worst and the best, but look...you still have your "knowing".  You're grounded, in spite of the broad spectrum of all these emotions you experience.  Most of us can identify with all of this and you worded it so well. ~K~

Been there, it is a bad feeling.  You put it very clearly into verse.

Now find a re-set button.
