I'm Getting Married

I stopped at a yard sale today and found

you a engagement ring, I put it on lay away,

it's adjustable to fit and has a built in reminder

that leaves a ring around your finger when you

forget to put it back on, Then on my way home

from fishing, I saw the dog catcher and he said

you can borrow something blu from him, he has

a ole blu tick coon hound, if your boss wont give

ya a vacation we can do a frontier honeymoon,

on your day off i can set up the tent in the ole

pick up and we can pretend its a covered wagon,

oh yeah don't bring your high heels on the honey

moon you may have to push the truck to get it

started and I don't want you twisting your ankle

when pushing it, ya know how upset your boss

gets when you file for disability and have to take

time off from the diner,I think we have enough beer

and diet Pepsi cans saved to pay the preacher to

marry us, oh darlin I'm finding it so hard waiting for

the day i take you for my wife for life, Well I'm

going back fishing now and i will write you later my

darlin future wife, I love ya"ll X's & O's

Who are we to judge, anyway?  Sounds like simple happiness to me, and there's nothing wrong with that...
