the sun sets alone

the night hunts for dreams' meanings

dawn hides their secrets

icebox,

A great way to describe that deja-vu feeling after a particularly vivid dream.

Thank you,

Sometimes I have rather complicated thoughts and find it hard to articulate...you never have that problem and that makes me so glad.

Love ya oh Icy one!

Maybe if you catch a glimpse of a dream at dawn, you will know the watcher for a minute before he's gone.  Your poetry is always thought filled, and fills me with thought.

You seem to manage to keep in touch.

You...grin, I don't know.

I always end up feeling both impressed and annoyed when I read you. (Impressed with you and annoyed by ME, btw..)

and why am I explaining that to YOU? You already know everything!

Sheeesh. You remind me of a certain Captain...

Enjoyed this. Even if I don't act like it.

Well done.

Winged dreams keep flying
I cannot follow, stumbling
in the gray wet dawn.

It's like rainbows

Rainbows are ribbons
Of light fantastic
tied to the rain
Before and after
Bows in the morning
Before
Bows in the evening
After

Minister Joe ~ Never thought of it that way.  Thank you for the thought!

Susan Caldwell ~ Well, I did have a complicated thought once, but then I remembered what a recent Vice President once said, "The mind is a terrible thing."  So, I have tried to avoid such things since then. *grin*

Martie ~ Well, the Watcher is always in the shadows. *smile*

serenity blaze ~ And which Captain would that be?  Oh god, not Captain Kangaroo I hope!

Pilgrimage ~ Ahhh...winged dreams offer the soul the opportunity for flight.

Toerag ~ True and rainbows are like mandalas, always turning back on themselves just beyond the edge of awareness.

Just me here..enjoying your work again. Second time tonight. I'm loving this.

You write beautiful and thoughtfully thoughtful thoughts, Sir.

Dear John,
IF YOU'RE TIRED OF PRETENDING..
THEN WHY DID YOU GO BACK INTO HIDING?

the sun always sets alone, regardless of how many people are watching, doesn't it?

What a mind you have! You make my brain hurt in ponder and wonder. Brain pain is a good thing...I am stretching my mind.
