In The Doo-Of-Doo
~*Marge Tindal*~

When stepping in
the doo-of-doo
don't expect much more
than what you will find
on the bottom of your own shoe~

Tiptoeing will not help at all
for in the pile of dung-da-doo
it's STILL what you will find
on the bottom of your own shoe~

When the stench is noticed
you will smell it first
Know what to do ?
AVOID stepping in the doo-of-doo
and you'll not have to expect much more
of what you find clinging
to bottom of your own shoe~

*Soooo inspired by a dear true friend*

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~

Dear Marge: This is such a radical departure from your usual style, I don't know quite what to make of it.  Are you speaking literally or otherwise? It's interesting though, that's for sure! Having two dogs, I have experienced the "doo-doo shoe" first hand.

Yep, I think the best thing to do is to try our best to walk around the "dung-da-doo" and then maybe we won't step in it.
And if we don't step in it, maybe it won't get stirred up so much....I've heard that the more dung-doo-doo is stirred up, the more it stinks.
Of course this is only my own little opinion...which doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot!!

You are such an excellent and talented writer, Marge. I love your poems that you write about your little granddaughter and your poems about your garden and flowers. The pictures you put with your poetry is so beautiful, too. You are a very talented lady, Marge.
Hugs to you
Ethel

Did you let those silly dogs out again, Marge?

The trick, of course - is to walk them on a leash - and to carry a pooper-scooper with you at all times... Collect the doo-doo in a doo-doo bag and dispense with it appropriately... Then your neighbors won't ever get aggravated with you...  After all, keeping a peaceful neighborhood is important, yes??...

We're gonna make this response a multiple choice ... pick out one you like ... some of you seem to interpret things differently~

1. Oh really ?

2. I am, aren't I ?

3. I did !!!

4. We finally agree on something ?

5. Not really !

6. It really doesn't, does it ?

7. Only if you're constantly in it !

8. I LOVE your

9. Do you know how much I LOVE YOU ?
(Yep, I know you do !)

ROFL... Yanno how forgettable moments will flash back into your mind? LOL

Years ago, I'd invited someone... a male someone I was a bit interested in *G*... over for dinner. He had an unfortunate encounter with a deposit of the stinky variety as he got out of his car... and came stomping into my apartment loudly complaining about his shoe... I would have sympathized... if he hadn't been so completely oblivious to my carpet!!!

That interest? LOL It took a BIG dive. *G*

All in a day Sis,

When you get around to coming over you better bring your rubber galoshes there's alot of doo in my area. We just leave the pooh (I mean boots) at the door... The girls have their own door at the other end of the house and it's they're problem if they step in any doo, which of course they doo.
