Eyes follow his path
Voices speak out in a breeze
Pallid skin does scream
Hiding behind the void
Kneeling to no one
Praying to a faceless deity
While soul is racing
Past options - the dagger
Past deeds - the hand
Son of chemical anguish
I shall fervently pray
You find a kind hallucination
And never return

Great images!

Love the title and its use in the poem.

Well done.
