This maybe isn’t the last word to be had
But there’s no longer a chance that you’ll come back
Somewhere inside of me that moment you were gone
It doesn’t feel real but not like a dream
Dreams don’t mean as much as you did to me
It means the world that you loved to be alive
I just hope that on the day you died
You felt like you’d lived your life
Because you did and that’s no lie

You’re still living to me every day in my memory
That way you always did you held my hand
And no matter what I’d said or done it mattered not at all
That’s how I got along
But without you it doesn’t have to hurt at all
Because living in my memories and yours
Is the love that conquered all

So goodbye to the life you led
Goodbye to the words you said
But never goodbye to the meaning you gave
My life wasn’t half of what you made it
I won’t pretend that I don’t grieve
But you made me strong enough to face tomorrow
Without a tear fall.

I just want something,One thing,Can’t you let me have someone,Anyone,Just for me,And this is what I seem to be,To everybody,Your last resort
