the care taker
did
not
take care

what was
given for
safekeeping
went without
sustenance
without
provisions
without
what is
right

the care
taker then
cursed her
for the
lack of
delight

but resilience
prevailed
for without
future
without
hope
her roots
dug deeper
she reached
up
and found
Light

now
with
or without
what is
right
she is
flourishing
in the
Son

Early in the week...I saw the darkest cloud float by, indeed it was black as ink.  The next morning...a light shown in my mind, and now I bask in His revelation...and, JB, I have such a peace and freedom that continues in this moment, and I will not let it escape me.  I am flourishing in His light!

I just had to share that with you!

I love your work!

I have read this more than a few times--and I STILL don't know what to say.

You touched me in one of those "silent places" with this--but I wanted to let you know that m'friend.

I can only mouth the word "wow".

JB, I am so glad that she is flourishing.

And...this touched me in "silent places", too.

Lovely. Hang onto the Son with both hands and He will always give you strength.
Thanks for lovely words of faith and love.

Y'know what?  It was so good yesterday...
I came back for a visit.

Yep...just as impactful today
