Ok guys, so the title FOUR LEAF CLOVER has no relation to the poem, except for in my own way, which I'll explain: I lost one of my best friends to a Drunk Driving accident, I wrote this for him.He had a four leaf clover tattoo'd on his right arm, so, im remeberance of himm, I got a four leaf clover tattoo'd on my right ankel, and I wear a four leaf clover charm on my necklace, so Clovers have sort of become my way of showing I miss my friend and it's my way of remembering him. This is the poem....

Someone is very lucky today
To have you by their side
I can see you standing there
Looking down, smile wide

I came here to this place today
I guess to say good-bye
But I’m having trouble finding words
And I’m really not sure why

I think it’s because it isn’t fair
That you were taken away
Someone I loved so much, now gone
Only memories left to stay

It’s amazing how a life so sweet
Can be suddenly taken away
So many things that should have been
Won’t get to see their day

I’m thankful for all you gave to me
For the laughter and the tears
I’m thankful for the wonderful friendship
We shared for all those years

Please don’t worry about your mom or Jesse
Always know that they are loved
While we are watching over them here
You can watch over from above

I’m sure you’re in a better place
I’m know you’re there with friends
The ones we lost years ago
I miss you too, Josh and Jason

"There are moments in my life I will always remember, not because they were big events, but because you were there to make the worth remembering." ~Un

What a nice tribute to those you have lost, and I think the clover is a wonderful way to remember your special friend...~V~

What a beautiful tender goodbye.
Welcome to Passion, friend. Keep those four-leaf-clovered thoughts flowing.
