Surrealism
Sometimes eccentric, night peeks into my window
Fascinating the angle…dark falling wing
Floating the same hour as before
Swarm of interpretations surrounds each and every gesture
I’ve kept a reasonable account of surrealism

Turning back, naming God’s 90 degree angle
As he’s distributed some pamphlets to our dreams
The ones we mostly don’t believe in
In a frenzy, I lose the secret…but find smack dab
In the middle of a four leaf clover…immense landscapes
Where culture and history mean nothing

I build a handrail on the stairs
Without sound…I hear the ocean from the sky
Whitewashing each and every passer by
And in the midst of all the leaves
There is celebrated and noble name
I write it down on a scrap of paper
But no one understands…except the poets
They look at each other and stare
While the awesome fireworks in the sky
Rain ferociously an aerial power of blossoms

My pockets fill with anxiety about my future
But then I thought I analyzed it all…
Until I realized not one nerve had yet recalled
The linen of His footprints prophetically
The so many evening he walked into my room
No matter how remote my memory
Somewhere, everywhere is worthwhile
And like a thief in the night…”He” finds me sleeping

Have I been a militant feminist?
Or an automatic writer….

Nice descriptions.  Perhaps you were just an honest human being acknowledging thought-provoking observations...?

"Have I been a militant feminist?

Indeed. Awesome lady.

Just keep writing, YOU.

Let the historians question it later.
