You
never gave me
weather warning

~Quite the opposite

Displayed
rainbow pots
and sunshine

Raining hard
about how
you'd die without
and for me

Oh soft curve of storm
why didn't
you tell me
you'd pass me by

Now stuck in blue
trying to forget
means regular intervals

Of thunder
when I realise
I have forgotten you
for sixty seconds

~sometimes less

Countdown upon
my fingers
that once traced
your spine as you laughed

Caught in downpour
all I hear now
is rain
.

Instant karma's gonna get you.

Girlfriend you go on with your bad self

Little Gemma, friend.....there
will  be someone else whose
spine your fingers will trace.....
just wait and see. (I know that's hard to
even think of now, but there will be.....)

Gem you amaze me again.
Now that there has been so much rain
And lots of heartache to sustain
May the sun shine ever so bright
And take you on the glorious flight
For you are angelic for all to see
And deserve love and sweet serenity

wonderfully woven, perfect title

powerfully descriptive loss

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

If this doesn't paint pictures within your mind, you are not able to see... Gemma, this is absolutely awesome... just what we've grown to expect from you.

A little further up
I see an angel watering the stars.

              I say, let it rain!!!
               Makes cloud jumping so
                      much easier!

gem?

this is one of your best as of late . .  reminded me a lot of things myself and the tickling down the spine - yeah - it is those things that make you crazy.  Those little things that keep you wondering . . .but I also love the way you reverse the entire thing.  You go back and forth from light to dark and that is something to be proud of in your writing.  Vert hard to do and yes, should have, would have, could have . . . evil evil words
