two birds
perched on a telephone wire
words in grasp of talon's keep
two birds
chirp in chattering--
why don't we just shut up and sing?

two birds
laughing language lost
two birds
carry messages
two birds
captured breeze in wing
freed of all our quarreling--
how I envy them their flight.

Luke 12:24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?

If I were to consider the consideration, then should I consider the consequences or just soar until I find a new wire to consider perching on? ... which would then lead to considering the consideration of the consequences all over again.  To think that I always thought it was a simple thing called life, now I am not so sure, but hey, life is life and I will live it.

Wonderful to read your words and as always, your words leave me wanting more.

When chickens quit quarrelling over their food they often find that there is enough for all of them. I wonder if it might not be the same with the human race.

Never knew old Luke was a druid!

To chatter or sing about it, 'ey?  It is like the line from an old movie:  "You gonna talk? Talk.  You gonna shoot? Shoot!"

I loked this poem a lot.

Some days I just sit back and watch everyone else clawing and spitting at each other...thinking they will achieve something......and I laugh at their stupidity..

Then, other days I am the one hissing and clawing at them to stay away from my corner...

*sigh*

I am only human I guess...

I loved this Karen.

Yes...and how I envy you your mind...you never
cease to cause me to 'think'...thank you for that.
